I made this by tracing a background image then extruding and editing the writing, I added a reflective black plane so the writing would be reflected.
Just delete a cube in edit mode so you are left with one vertice, then use Ctrl + left click to draw. Then conect the last two vertices by using fill by pressing F. You can fill the letters in as a whole by pressing Shift + F. Then just extrude them to make them 3D!
